you can change the name of recycle bin also !!!! want to do this ? if yes follow the below instruction

1. Goto start
2. Run
3. type regedit
4. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
5. CLASID
6. then open {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
7. then open ShellFolder at last
8. here simply change the valur from "40 01 00 20" to "70 01 00 20".

After performing the above steps restart the computer , you will find rename option while doing right-click on the recycle-bin
