No Recent Documents History

Solution:

1. Go to Start → Run and then type "gpedit.msc" and press Enter

2. Now go to User Configuration → Administrative Templates → Start Menu and Taskbar

3. Now double click " Do not keep history of recently opened documents" and click on "Enabled" then OK ad there you have it.
