ok, For putting the password in Guest Account , you have to do the following things :
First make sure that u r logged on from the administrator
1. Goto Start → Control panel → Administrative Tools → Computer Management.
2. Select "User" Folder under "Local user and groups".
3. Right Click on the "Guest" account and click "set password". When the dialog box comes up warning you of the possible consequences click "Proceed". Then you will be given a dialog to set a new password


Local User and Groups are not available in XP home. A way to set a password for the guest account in Home and Pro: click start → run - type : cmd -in the command window type: net user guest* - Press enter- you will be prompted for the password to use
