Just follow the below steps

Click on the Setting tab
#Step 3
Click on permission
#Step 4
Click on Add Authors
#Step 5
Enter the Email ID for you new Account and then just click on Invite.
#Step 6
Now log in to your new ID account then click on the confirmation link.
#Step 7
Now there a form will appears. then put your new email id there. REMEMBER : not the old one
#Step 8
Then Again login to your old Account then go to the same... i.e Setting > Permission then just give the Admin privilege to your new ID. then Remove the old one.
Thats it.
