A cool tip to minimize and maximize all your active window programs. You can do all using your mouse, but if u want to do it with keyboard then simply press :
Windows key + M to minimize all active programs and to later maximize it using windows key + Shift + M.
if u want to minimize the active windows one by one then you can do this using Alt + space + N keys and to maximize the active windows program by using short cut Alt + Space + X keys
