Windows pops up little tip balloon here and there. Most advanced users find this painfu. this explains howo to remove them once and for all.
Note that making incorrectly changes to the registery may damage your system; please backup any valued data on your computer
1. Go to start → run → type regedit
2. Find the following address:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\current version\explorer\advance
3. In the left pane, select and right click on the advance key, create a new DWORD and name "EnableBalloonTips"
4. Double click on new DWORD value and change value to 0(hexadecimal)
5. Exit from the registry editor and restart the computer
